The problem is that there are so many different things that can make you feel tired – and while some might be obvious, I’m sure others will surprise you…

• If you feel tired, you are not alone – in United States and European Union 1 out of 4 persons suffers from tiredness.

Now, before we go on, let me introduce myself. My name is Peter Novak and I used to have the same problem you are having. I used to be tired all the time and I had no idea why – my job wasn’t very tiring and I was getting lots of sleep. So why was I always tired?

When I asked people what to do, they said things like: “Get more sleep”, “Drink some coffee”, “Have a red bull”… Someone even said: “There is nothing wrong with you – you are just lazy”. Doesn’t it make you mad when you hear comments like this?

Well, I knew I had to do something. So, I’ve tried the obvious…

I’ve tried sleeping for 10-12 hours a day – that didn’t help

I’ve tried drinking enormous amounts of coffee – that made me feel better, for about half an hour, but after that I’ve felt even worse than before (not to mention what gallons of coffee will do to your stomach).

I’ve tried energy drinks, energy pills, caffeine pills and just about every other stimulant on the market… – and yet, nothing worked.

You are probably wondering why these things don’t work. These are, after all, things that we all do when we feel tired, aren’t they? Well, they shouldn’t be!

Now, before we take a look at why these things don’t work and why they might even cause you to feel more tired, let’s see what the doctor had to say.

I went to my doctor to see if he could help me. After a series of tests he informed me that there is nothing wrong with me. He said I might be tired because I am depressed or unhappy with my life. Well, he was right about that – I was unhappy with my life. But, who wouldn’t be? I was constantly tired; I didn’t have the energy for all the things I used to love doing. I didn’t have the energy to go out with my friends or to take my girlfriend to the movies. But this was the result of my constant tiredness – not its cause!

Why sleeping for 10 – 12 hours does NOT work…

The first thing you should know is that it is not how much you sleep that is important. Sometimes, more sleep can actually make you feel more tired. Has this ever happened to you…

You wake up in the morning and you feel great – you are not tired or sleepy. You look at the alarm clock and you realize that you’ve woken up too early. You still have time, so you decide to sleep for another hour…

After that extra hour of sleep you wake up feeling groggy and tired. Now, how did this happen? Can sleep actually make you feel more tired?

This is a pretty common thing. If this has never happened to you, ask around – I am sure it has happened to your friends or family members. But why does this happen?

Did you know…

Many people only sleep for a couple of hours per night, yet they claim they have no problems with tiredness.

Despite minimal sleep, they are often very creative and successful. Some of them are:

• Jay Leno (4 – 5 hours),
• Martha Stewart (4 hours),
• Nikola Tesla (2 – 3 hours),
• Margaret Thatcher (4 hours)…

In fact, Thomas Edison once said:

“Most people overeat 100 percent, and oversleep 100 percent, because they like it. That extra 100 percent makes them unhealthy and inefficient. The person who sleeps eight or ten hours a night is never fully asleep and never fully awake – they have only different degrees of doze through the twenty-four hours.”

Sleep is more complicated than most people realize. During sleep our brain has to complete a number of complex tasks. To do this, it goes through 5 different sleep stages (most commonly known sleep stage is called the REM)…

Now, you are probably wondering what all this has got to do with tiredness.

To put it as simply as possible: If you wake up at the end of your sleep cycle, you will feel OK – if you wake up in the middle, you will feel tired, sleepy and groggy.

If you want to know how you can put this information into practice, then read on. We will also explain how you can raise the quality of your sleep, so that every hour that you spend in bed counts. You will learn how you can wake up refreshed and full of energy – every single day. But first, let’s explain…

Why energy pills, energy drinks, coffee and other stimulants do NOT work…

When you’re tired, you can have a cup of coffee and you will feel better, right? Everybody knows that, don’t they? Well, if you feel tired all the time, coffee will not help you! Here is why…

The first thing you should know is that the effects of stimulants, such as energy drinks, pills or coffee, don’t last. You do feel better for a little while, but after the effects wear off, you feel worse than before. And what do most people do then? Have another cup of coffee, of course… and then another…

What most people don’t know is that too much coffee can actually make you feel tired. It can also cause anemia (iron deficiency) and vitamin B deficiency, both of which will leave you feeling constantly tired.

The second major problem is that stimulants only hide the symptoms of tiredness – they do nothing about the condition itself. Is there something you can do that actually DOES work?

The answer is yes! There is a way to get rid of tiredness and it doesn’t involve stimulants or more sleep. It really is a shame that nobody is talking about it. I guess the drug companies just don’t want you to have this information. They would rather make billions of dollars selling you ‘energy’ products that don’t work.

I already told you what my life used to be like. Now, before I tell you how you can stop feeling tired all the time, let me just show you what my life looks like now. Read on – your life could be like this too. Imagine what it would be like…

In the morning you wake up without the alarm clock – you don’t need it anymore. You open your eyes and feel completely rested and full of energy. You can’t wait to start the day.

When you arrive to work, you see your co-workers red-eyed and yawning. You think to yourself, ‘I can’t believe I used to be just like that.’

At work, you finish your tasks easily. You have no troubles concentrating for longer periods of time. Tiredness is no longer holding you back.

When you come home, you don’t head directly for the couch. You still have enough energy for whatever you want to do – go to the movies, play with your kids, or have a walk.

In the evening, you go out with your friends. They notice how full of life and energy you are. They ask you what your secret is. You stay out late as you don’t need as much sleep as you used to.

At home, when you are getting ready for bed, you think to yourself, ’Now, this is what life should be like!’

That’s what my life looks like now. Finally, I have the control over my life. Can you imagine how happy I was when I found out that I don’t have to be tired all the time? But I was also angry – why didn’t I have this information sooner; I have wasted years of my life paralyzed by constant tiredness.

You are probably wondering where I found this information. Well, I couldn’t do it alone. First…

I’ve searched for the answer…

I’ve bought a pile of books, searched the internet, read through a stack of articles and scientific studies… I was really surprised at how much research has been done on the subject of tiredness (and sleep, chronic fatigue, functioning of our body and brain…).

But the real breakthrough came later, because…

That is when I met Tina – the tiredness expert

Hi, my name is Tina Hagen. I am a counselor and I mostly work with police officers and fire fighters.
In my line of work, I have seen many people that suffer from chronic tiredness. There are different reasons why people feel tired – with my clients this condition is mostly caused by shift-work and stress. But, whatever the cause, I have learned two things: tiredness must be treated and treatment is always the same – you have to first determine why you feel tired and then do something about it.
To put it simply: treat the condition – not the symptoms!
Through the years, I’ve closely followed all the scientific studies regarding tiredness and fatigue. But, translating something that looks good on paper into practice isn’t always easy.
To really make it work, I needed someone to try new, untested techniques. I was really fortunate, for a number of men and women that I’ve worked with volunteered to help me. I would like to thank all of them here because without their help I could never have developed such an easy and effective program for treating tiredness.
In years of study and after endless trials I was able to see what really works and what doesn’t.

We’ve put our knowledge to the test – now, here are the results…

When Peter and I met, we’ve decided to combine our knowledge and put it to the test. We needed to see if we can help people who are always tired.

To find regular people who are having problems with tiredness, we’ve put an ad in the local paper and gathered a group of volunteers (we wanted to see if this will work for everyone – so we accepted all who’ve answered the ad).

Let’s look at the results:

In just two weeks:

• 98% of volunteers reported an increase in their energy levels
- 81% reported high increase
- 17% reported moderate increase

• 90% said they have no troubles getting up in the morning (at the beginning of the study a staggering 94% said that they have troubles getting out of bed in the morning)

• 72% said they feel healthier

• 87% said that they are able to think more clearly

After one month:

• Volunteers slept (on average) 1 hour and 28 minutes less than before

• 96% of volunteers said that they no longer have any problems with tiredness!

*(A study group consisted of 53 volunteers – they all reported having troubles with tiredness before the beginning of a study.)

I think the results speak for themselves. This knowledge can help you get rid of tiredness.
